About Matt

Matt Spindler is the founder of Oasis Digital Media. Matt has over 28 years of experience as an accountant, business advisor, and business coach. Matt also has a background in technology and built his accounting, business advisory & coaching businesses around technology. The majority of that focus was on internal operations and driving efficiency through businesses to free up the business owner to focus on their preferred areas of the business. Matt’s driving philosophy has always been to help business owners create a business they enjoy and are in control of, instead of the business taking control of the owner.

Matt sold his accounting firm and business interests in early 2023 to reassess where he could deliver the most value for business owners in the future. The effective use of technology to build a strong brand, increasing lead generation through social media, increasing conversion rates and building credibility through websites and improving customer engagement through customised apps are common problems Matt has seen in the small business market. When all these factors are integrated into the business’s strategies and goals of the business owner, it unlocks the true value of your business.

Matt has broad industry experience including professional services, trade based services, import/export wholesale & retail businesses, pharmacies, franchise & franchisee sector, and hospitality among others.

Matt’s focus is on building long term, sustainable relationships that deliver value to the business and the business owner.

Being one of the four founders of Central Coast Sports College (originally International Football School) which is now a K to 12 campus with almost 1000 students. Matt served on the Board for 6 years in total in an unremunerated volunteer role including 3 years as Chairperson.
